Nabo Property Management was founded by certified property manager and licensed Realtor, Briggs Carney and Nabo Realty broker and perpetual top-producing Realtor, Joe “Joe P.” Polaneczky. Joe and Briggs bring decades of experience in real estate, and a commitment to next-level service to all the clients they serve. Joe Polaneczky » Broker/Realtor, Owner
Joe began his career in real estate after years as a high school english teacher. With a passion for people and a love of Athens, Joe quickly became a successful and respected Realtor in Athens, recognized for ten years in a row as one of the top producing agents in the area. After over ten years as a Realtor with other brokerages, in 2017 Joe started Nabo Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage. In 2019, Joe formed Nabo Property Management with fellow Realtor Briggs Carney to further serve his clients and the community. Joe lives on the east side of Athens with his wife Rachel. They have two children in college.
Briggs Carney » Property Manager, Owner
Briggs began his career in real estate with a love for Athens, an attraction to various architectural styles and an interest in preservation of historic homes. He’s been an Athenian for three decades and has spent twenty years here as a full-time, licensed Realtor in the residential and commercial real estate markets of Athens and surrounding counties. Briggs is a Certified Property Manager and formed Nabo Property Management with Joe Polaneczky in order to further serve his property management clients. Briggs lives in the Boulevard Neighborhood of Athens with his wife Ashley, a certified financial planner, and their two children.
